Hi there,
welcome to my 40k blog.I started the hobby round about ten years ago, as a so called casual gamer,playing the blood angels and got infected by the 40k fluff about the dark future, fierce battles in the depth of the universe and the heroic defenders of mankind.And stuff. For some reason I dropped the hobby completely until a good friend of mine asked me if Id join him for some tournaments.I agreed and got infected again.I bought the Black Reach box, started with marines and went on my first tournemant. Of course I just managed to win one game, but I met Sailinglord from Ground Zero Kiel (yay !) and he invited me to come over to their gaming club and have a game.
I played with the guys from gzk, went on tournements, got better and was finally able to made it into the top 20 of the European Single Championship in Münster this year, where I met and played awesome guys like Stuart, Captain of the Welsh 40k Team and Darkwynn himself, which I really whished to play but really not expected to (especially because I flamed in a comment on bols why everybody is so scared of a leafblower,so I had to prove my word ).
Bla bla, so now I decided to start a blog to share my thoughts,my hobby, and my exaltation about 40k.
I do this blog in english, although its not my first language (so please excuse all the mistakes ), because I want to share it with the english/american community, because I think I owe a lot to them, especially to bols, Fritz and Jawaballs because they took a huge part in my tactical and artistical progress.
